CARE SERVICES
Free Assessment
A care manager will set-up an appointment with you and /or your family to do a detailed assessment.
Personal Care
Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene. Supervision of ambulation and assistance to prevent falls.
Medication Reminders
Reminders for scheduled daily medication.
Companion Care
Letter writing, reading, playing games, hobbies, viewing photo albums, socializing, conversation and friendship. Going on walks and encouraging participation in stimulating activities. Helping with correspondence to family and friends.
Sitters
For home, hospital or nursing home clients.
Meals
Planning, shopping, and preparation of meals in accordance with client’s dietary needs; clean-up and assistance with feeding when necessary.
